"Seaworld 1986 (after the failure)" 2009 Digital Inkjet Print
I was working on saving photos for my wedding on to a harddrive, and a had some videos on there as well. Some of the home movies i worked on were backed up there. Anyways, one day the harddrive crashed. I was able to recover most of the files except the movies and some photos, which came back looking, well strange. I was kind of intrigued by the way they look when they got damaged. Damaged photos from film and faded photographs from time are very expressive traits and well known, but not as well documented or understood when it comes to digital decay.
